Using Battery Widget: Emoji means agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app is
A tool for designing custom battery-status widgets and matching wallpapers. iOS doesn't allow any app to set your wallpaper directly, so the last step — Photos → Share → Use as Wallpaper — is yours to do after saving.
Your content
The designs, photos, and wallpapers you create are yours. This app doesn't claim any ownership over them, and doesn't see them — nothing you create ever leaves your device.
Accuracy
Battery percentage and charging state are read from iOS and shown as reported. On the Home Screen widget specifically, iOS limits how often any widget can refresh, so the number there can lag the real one by a few minutes.
Purchases
Some features may be offered as an optional, one-time in-app purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID. All purchases are processed and billed by Apple, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies — this developer cannot issue refunds directly. Purchases unlock content for the Apple ID that made them and do not expire.
No warranty
This app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for damages arising from using, or being unable to use, this app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated in future versions of the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means accepting the new terms.
